Exciting upcoming events in May!
5/10- My school's spring concert. I will be playing the flute in band, Sing in chorus and singing in the girls ensemble.
5/12- I will be running a 5k with some of my church friends on the Ma&Pa trail.
5/18-Is the patriot Field trip to DC! We are going to ride a coach bus to DC. I had to complete ten patriot requirements to go on that Field trip.
5/23-Is my performance day at school. I will be playing Star Wars in front of my whole class.
5/25- Is my Field day! We will be playing the usual Field day games AND as a bonus for 5th grade we will be running the so long run and be playing in the 5th grade vs. teachers games. For the so long run 5th graders will be running around the school to see who gets the best time. There are the top three girls(Keep your fingers crossed that one of those spots are mine:D) and the top 3 boys. The winners are announced in front of the whole school before the 5th graders vs. teachers games.
5/25- Along with Field day it is also the whole school end of the picnic. Everyone eats as a whole school then we go around getting every ones autograph.
5/29- That day is the patriot celebration everyone who is a patriot will be recognized and receive their prizes then.
